Each session is tailored to your needs. Whether you’re a child, teen, adult, or family. We focus on understanding challenges, building practical skills, and creating strategies you can use in everyday life. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and designed to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
For children and teens, I work closely with parents through updates, guidance, and coaching. Depending on the child’s age, parents may be present for part of the session or provide brief check-ins before or after. I also provide strategies to use at home, help you advocate for your child at school, and can attend meetings to ensure your child’s needs are fully supported. Parents are an important part of the therapeutic process.
Sessions typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the client’s age, needs, and the focus of the session.

I do not take insurance, but will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please call your insurance and ask about out-of-network reimbursement for mental health services, sometimes called behavioral health.
