My goal is to help partners navigate challenges together and strengthen their relationships in meaningful, sustainable ways. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in recurring arguments, emotional distance, or patterns that are difficult to break on their own. I provide a supportive and structured space where each person feels heard, respected, and understood, while also learning practical tools to create lasting change.
I draw from evidence-based approaches to help clients identify unhelpful patterns and replace them with healthier ways of relating. This may include improving communication skills, learning to listen with empathy, managing conflict more effectively, and rebuilding trust after rupture or disappointment. I also support couples in understanding each other’s emotional needs and attachment styles, which can often shed light on repeated misunderstandings or tension.
